Company Profile
Founded in 1986 as an outsourcing program and development house converting programs into Prime Information for a software development company in Melbourne. Moving to Sydney in 1988 we have been specialists in computer hardware and niche products since 1998. Specialising primarily in storage solutions for corporate and government clients, we have a selected number of customers who rely on us for advice and hardware to fulfil their storage and backup needs.
In the late 1990s we started to represent PARALAN Corporation here in Australia and for those customers who wished to deal with an Australian based organisation we also started to look after the Asia Pacific region needs for SCSI expanders and converters. In addition we have shipped products to Europe, America, Singapore and New Zealand for our customers. If you have a requirement in an international destination we can assist getting the solution there for you. We have supplied corporate, SOHO, educational institutions, personal users and religious organisations with their desktop and notebook computing requirements since 1997.
With over four years experience with an international software vendor a need has been identified for a consulting arm the allows resellers who belong to a vendor partner program to explore the opportunities that are provided as part of the program membership and to ensure that all possible efforts are taken to maximise the benefit derived from investing in the vendors partner program. To this end a number of resellers have engaged us to assist with growing the amount of business exposure they have. Initially though a 3 hour discovery session and then through regular follow on meetings or by engaging us to assist in achieving the goals identified in the discovery session.
For organisations that are having difficulty sourcing product, identifying the right person to talk to at a vendor or who need assistance to define a future direction we offer similar options based on a discovery session followed by follow up engagement execute on the findings.
